About this job:

We are seeking a financial administrator with at least 3 years financial administration experience to undertake day to day financial administration of the MCAS project budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing regular financial updates on project spend to the MCAS co-ordinator
  • Working closely with CEMVO financial officer in financial monitoring and reporting processes
  • Undertaking general financial tasks.
  • Providing general administrative support to the MCAS project team when needed.

 

Competencies:

  • High level of book-keeping experience.
  • Working knowledge of Excel or Access packages.
  • Experience in producing  financial reports on income and expenditure.
  • Experiencing in processing external and internal invoicing.

Qualifications:

3 years financial administration experience
