About this job:

The co-ordinator’s role will be to provide strategic coordination across the Mobilising Community Action Scotland (MCAS) programme, ensuring effective delivery across the Nature and Energy strands, alignment with national strategy, and meaningful involvement of ethnic minority communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support programme integration and promotion
  • Oversee budgets
  • Maintain close partner collaboration
  • Oversee planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to drive impact and systemic change.

Competencies:

  • Extensive project and budget management experience
  • Ability to support staff and co-ordinate activities
  • Ability to deliver and track success towards targeted outcomes
  • Good communication and information-handling  skils to draft regular project update reports to line management and funders.
  • Broad knowledge and experience within an environmental context,  particularly around climate justice, environmental equity, and inclusion
  • Extensive digital promotional skills.
